Mesh stores the information needed to provide the service. Depending on how you use Mesh, this can include your name, email address, phone number, company details, website, account and membership information, partner applications, invitations, and security audit records.

We use this information to review partner applications, create and protect accounts, manage company access, send necessary product and security emails, operate Mesh, and investigate failures or misuse. We do not use application or account data for advertising.

Mesh uses Convex for application data and authentication, Bunny for application hosting, and Resend for product email delivery. These providers process the information required for their part of the service. Convex application data is hosted in the United States.

Unverified applications expire after 24 hours, applications waiting for review after 90 days, and approved onboarding after its original 30-day deadline. Rejected and completed application snapshots follow a one-year redaction schedule. Other account and company information is kept while it is needed to provide and secure Mesh.
